| Railroad: BNSF Locomotive: BNSF 7590 EMD SD40-2R Location: Station Sign City: Cass Lake, Minnesota Date: 11-25-2008 Remarks: A former SD45-2 rebuilt to a BNSF SD40-2R is waiting for a new crew to head west on the Grand Forks Sub. The 7590 is built to SD40-2 specs. |
| Railroad: BNSF Locomotive: BNSF 8244 EMD SD75M Location: County Road 101 City: Cass Lake, Minnesota Date: 11-25-2008 Remarks: Oh it hurts... hurts so bad. The train caught me off guard as I sat in my warm car waiting to hear the horn blast for the grade crossing. At the last moment I struggled to set my video camera up and subsequently shut my still camera off and missed the train. |
