Hobby Stores, some of my favorite hobby stores that have websites:
Beckers Model Railroad Supply - Located in New Brighton, Beckers is one of the metro's best hobby stores with a
healthy inventory and great discounted prices.  If it isn't in stock, Bill can normally get it pretty quickly for you.
Baker's Hobby Emporium - The last surviving hobby store in the St. Cloud area, Baker's has expanded their inventory
in the last couple of years.  Stocked with a nice selection of Digitrax products to compliment their fair selection of trains.
Perry's Hobby - I've never visited their store (which is located in a grocery store in Morgan, I've heard they have a nice
inventory), Perry's normally has a good showing at many regional hobby shows with excellent prices and selection.
Model Train Stuff - One of the best online sites for discounted model train supplies.  Model Train Stuff (also known as
M. B. Klien) has a great selection and very fast reasonable shipping.
Walthers - The biggest online resource for the model railroader.  Walthers probably has what you are looking for,
remember to check out their sale flyer and bargain depot.  Patronize your local hobby stores when you can.
Whole Sale Trains - The prices are hard to beat, but shipping can be a little slow and a little spendy.  Look at what you
are getting and factor in the shipping before you brag about how good of a deal you got.
Other railfan/foamer sites:
JohnFladung.net - Fellow railfan and friend John Fladung shares his photography on his personal website, photos
from the northland during his days at BSU to his more current photos around the Twin Cities.
Look4Trains.com - Jim Ramnes' railroad blog, capturing life trackside whether in real life or 1/87th scale.  Often
humorous, Jim has updates several times a week with whats going on in the world of L4T.
Twin Ports Rail - Shawn Christie's website which highlights posts from the yahoogroup TwinPortsRail, features some
regular bloggers and items of interest you may have missed on the yahoogroup.
MikeVandenberg.com - Mike is an active shooter from Morris in west central Minnesota.  Like many of us, he makes it
clear on his website, he can't give a good reason why he likes trains so much.
Trains Magazine - By far the most popular publication for the rail enthusiast.  Trains Magazines website has limited
features available to non-subscribers, but with your subscription comes the Trains NewsWire and online forums.
TwinCitiesRailfan - Aaron Florin's website offers up great information on the Twin Cities Railfanning and features
hundreds of photos as well as a forum for discussing operations.
Model Railroader Magazine - A must for every model railroader out there.  Model Railroader's monthly publication
features articles on model railroads, new product announcements, and reviews of recently released items.
Nano Model Railroading - Ian Holmes' site featuring his work in the Tiny world of T-Scale.  T-Scale has to be named
that for being TINY!  1:1000 scale model railroading.  Simply amazing these things actually run!
